Webi3.1 report issues after universe re-pointing

Hi All,

Hope everyone doing good.

I am facing a problem in web intelligence3.1. We have made few changes in the universe and exported after renaming.

When we repoint this webi report to new version of the universe, report lost its merged dimensions and even variables are also changed.
Ex: V_policyname:- ="=[actual variable definition]"

Really wondering why this is happening when repointing the report.

yes Iā€™ve had that happen. The merge dimensions get screwed up. Then if your variable was referencing the merged dimension that got removed then that would get messed up too. I donā€™t know any way around thisā€¦ just a ā€œfun featureā€ of webi, as I understand it.
