WEBI reports not able to save

Hey, some users in my company are not able to save the webi reports they have created on their machines (even in their fav folder) but when I try from my machine using their usernames credentials, I am able to save.
they dont have the popup blocker enabled
they are using the same version of IE as I.
I don’t think it is a problem of user rights either.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Your are going to have to go through a process of elimination.

Can you save WEBI reports on their machine using your account?

If not, then there there may be an issue with their machine setup.

If you can save on their machine using your account, then there may be an issue with their WEBI privileges.

Thanks for your response. I did try to log in sing my account on their machine but I was not able to save it either. Sorry for not specifying that earlier.

same problem here :frowning:

i have ie 7.0 and java 1.5. my coworker is using firefox and is able to save. he gets a popup after click on the disksymbol. i get no popup!

my popupblocker is deactivated i checked the security options but no idea.

so any kind of help would be appreciated :slight_smile:

hi,
i tried now with firefox portable from my pc and it works. seems to be a IE 7.0 issue.

would be great if anyone knows what the reason could be or how to fix it.
