Seems to be your report server is not running.
Try like this:
STOP all servers and START all. To do that you need Admin rights or contact your admin to do it.
Thanks

Hi BOCP,
Thanks for reply.
How can we do if we have the admin rights.
Where do I go to restart that servers.

Please check the setting for DEP on your machine and the server at:
My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Performance - Settings > Data Execution Prevention.
Please check what options you have here. You might need to add an exception out here. Maybe you can get your local IT administrator to have a look at the same.
Also have you tried opening infoview on the server or on any other machine? Servers can be stopped and started from the Central Configuration Manager. This would be found on the server within the List of programs under Business Objects in the start menu.

Hi Vinayak,
Thanks for your reply.
I have tried to connect to the open the webi on the server.
I have looked in what you suggested and found these two below unchecked.
java.exe
WIReportserver.exe
When I go check them and hit add button it again asks me to open executable file.
I am not sure of what to be taken care here, please suggest me what to do.
I have updated the screen shot.

Why don’t you just check both of them and hit the OK button. After this check if you are able to get into Infoview.

Hi Vinayak,
I did tried that but it was of no use.
Anything else to take care of?

Currently on my BO server there is nothing under the exceptions in the DEP screen. I don’t know, maybe you can check with your local admin if you can remove both of those listed in there.
You can always add them back as exe in the exceptions from:
WIReportserver.exe:
\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86
java.exe:
\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_04\bin
