Webi report out Excel as data source for Xcelsius?

Hi,

I’m new to Xcelsius but I know Webi.

I have a report in Webi report that displays many tables with different cuts of summarised data each table is usually 5-20 rows. The report was setup in such a way that it downloads cleanly into Excel so there is no merged cells etc. Would it be possible / easy for me to use this report as a data source ? I was thinking of just have the report scheduled and save the Excel output to a shared drive and then just have the Xcelsius use that does that sound feasible ?

Have a look at BIWs to use Webi as a source instead.
