Webi Report block as Web Service - Throws Error

Hi All,

Am trying to publish a webi Report block as Web Service from Webi Rich Client (SAP BI 4.1) , but am getting below error message. Please provide your inputs to resolve this issue.

no protocol: null/services/managequeryasaservice?wsdl

Guys, Suddenly issue is resolved donno something happened in BO server.

But after BIWS is done, am not bale to get the block data in dashboard. Any inputs please?
