Hi,
I have a report in which I am displaying the data of last 13 rolling months.
Here in the report user have to generate a new report every month as in the query there are using between prompt for 13 months. for example brand between Jan 212 - March 2013.
If I have to use the offsets how can I use it. Can someone pelase explain me the syntax and functinality of offset variables on date.

There is an Offset function through which you can create a variable in webi and can maek the date prompt dynamic. for example if you have a between filter your webi query on date through which you are trying to get the data for lets say last 13 months and you have hardcorded these dates as constant in the webi filter pane. Instead of that you can create offset variables so that these dates will be dynamic and you do not need to change the query againa dn agian evry month to get the latest data.
So I am trying to see how to use the offsets in webi and what will be the syntax in the variable.
