I ran into an issue which urgently need your help. When I start a Webi in XI R2 sp3, it hangs. Nothing going forward after that. It hangs at Creating a Session.
This issue had occured after we attempted to install BOE 3.1 sp2. We did a separate parallel upgrade in DEV. However, we are stopping at the middle of the upgrade because we ran out of disk space on the server. We then tried to open Web Intelligence in XI R2 sp3, it hangs. We did tried to uninstalled 3.1, restarted IIS but still had the same problem.
FYI, our other environments such as SIT, UAT and PROD work fine, but not DEV environment. So I don’t think it is a JAVA issue, is it?
What steps should we take? We urgently need this Webi in DEV environment run back up.
