webi doesn't show graph

hi guys!

just want to ask about a bug, i installed bobj edge 3.1 then edge 3.1 sp2, i tested it and it worked fine, i can create graphs. but after installing crystal reports 2008 and crystal reports 2008 sp1 i can’t create graphs anymore.

any thoughts? :roll_eyes:

There is a file that you need to replace in the below directory

D:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

I believe the file is hs_pgsdk32.dll. I have attached the file to this post.

hi michael!!

it worked fine! the thing is, the i cannot see any hs_pgsdk32.dll in my bobj installation directory, i just put your attachment inside the win32_x86 directory then it worked!

by the way, did SAP released a note about this?

Hi,

You are correct, it was recognised as a bug and there is a note also about this.
I also faced the issue 7 months back and followed the same steps.
