We are starting to deploy more outside users of our WEBI. These are customers who will be able to run reports against their health care data.

What I am looking for is settings and or versions of software we can recommend that there machines have.

So far each time we have added a new customer to the server we keep finding minor glitches, version of browser or timeout settings on their proxy servers.

Has anyone compiled any sort of a check list for users?

They should use the New Users click here option on the Infoview Login screen - I have sent you a word doc that I push out to new users - basically covering wht the BO help and manuals advise.
Update the doc with info from the techsupport PAR site as to IE and O/S versions and it should cover most eventualities.
