WebI 2 error refreshing v4.1 documents

I am receiving an error when trying to refresh a v4.1.3 document in WebI v2.0. The message I receive when trying to refresh is: “Internal Error Unable to launch server process (returned by function Import Report)”. I am able to refresh the same report using v4.1.3 (fat client) on the server. The error comes almost immediately after I attempt to refresh.

I have seen frequent postings on this subject (or similar messages) and have taken into account many of your comments about various configuration settings. Below is the configuration for our installation of WebI. Does anyone see anything glaring that I’ve missed? Thank you in advance for your comments.

Hardware/Software:
Pentium Pro 200 Mhz with 160 Meg RAM
NT with SP3
Using IIS v3.01 web server

Servconf.exe:
“This user” selected, Global Heap=1024, Interactive=3072, Non-Interactive=1536

WIQTManager:
Max active time = 6000

Check the server and make sure there are BUSOBJ.EXE process running when you select the report to refresh. These actually are the client software running and waiting for refresh jobs to execute.

Since you are limited on RAM try moving the minimum process up to 4 (8 for me running 1GB RAM). If this constrains the system too much move back to 3. Each person trying to refresh is going to tie up each BUSOBJ.EXE for the length of the life time process setting (600 sec for me).

Keep in mind you are just above the minimum amount of RAM (128MB) that is required to run WebI.
