Web Service Query pulling incomplete data

Hi, I am currently using SAP Dashboards 4.1 SP 4 and have data being pulled into my dashboard using the Query as a Web Service connection.

There are about 17 different connections in my dashboard with 13 of them working correctly.

4 different connections are pulling in incomplete data, they are only pulling the left most column of data displayed in the Webi Reports the connections are built off of.

Has anyone else seen connection behavior similar to this? If so how did you troubleshoot the issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you positive that they are only pulling one column of data? Have you looked at the traffic with something like Fiddler? Because it’s also possible that they are only writing one column of data.

I went and looked at the traffic in Fiddler and it doesnt even seem to be calling that webservice.

Could not find the url in the traffic.

Tried republishing the webservice from rich client and recreating the connection several times, but get the same result.

Using Dashboards (Xcelius) 4.1 SP 4 and Webi Rich Client version 4 SP 4 as well.

Did you double-check the connection properties to ensure that it was being triggered and/or refreshed on open?

Are any of the queries in your WebI documents using the results of another query functionality?
