Web service on report with breaks doesn't show in Dashboards

Hi there
I have a webi report with a break on my main dimension. The break is folded to only show the summarised data. I have created a web service from this webi report and am using this in an Xcelsius dashboard.
If I test the web service it works ok and I get the data, however … the data doesn’t ever get passed to the dashboard!
If I unfold the break to show the underlying data, and refresh the web service etc. I get the data shown in the dashboard correctly but this is not what I need.
Is there an limitation on using a report with breaks that is folded?
This is causing me heaps of trouble :frowning:
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Sarah

If you are using beaks on the data set you need to map the body AND the footer (the break) rows in your xcelsius model.

Typically this isn’t great for multiple break rows…

Thanks Charles, that was exactly my issue. I was not mapping the footers which was the issue.
