Hi All,
When i try to view any existing Web Intelligence Report I receive the below error message, new web intelligence reports work fine.
Error Message:
The document requires Web Intelligence 12.1.0.0 and cannot be opened by the current web Intelligence version (12.0.0.0).
(WIS 30674) (Error: INF)
I have tried redeploying Analytical Reporting war file but the issue still persist.
Please help.

Hi,
Is it possible that someone in your company has a WebI Rich Client of a higher version (BO XI 3.1) than what you use and the report was built there? Or maybe the report built someone from outside of the company that uses a higher BO version?

Your base Webi reports are showing as too new, but newly created are OK? That would make me suspicious of something changing on your deployment… Besides redeploying that war, what else has happened lately??
What version do you have installed? If you look at your version via the CMC, do you get an answer that surprises you?

Hi All,
The issue is resolved the solution was to create a new string in BO registry pointing to the win32x86.
