Web intelligence report

Have SAP BO 4.1 SP3 installed on my machine.

When I login to BI launch pad as a user and open any report I am getting below error.But when I login as a administrator I am not getting below error.

Web Intelligence Applet cannot be loaded, please make sure you have installed a Java virtual machine.

Can you help to resolve this?

Check both sets of permissions are the same.

Install JVM on the PC as stated by the error.

you could also switch the user preferences for web intelligence in bi launchpad for the user to use the html version instead of java version in case you are not able to install the jvm
