I have a WEBI developer that has created a number of reports with data tracking. She has also scheduled these reports on a daily basis.
However, when other users view the reports, they are only seeing the version of the report on the date when the WEBI was created. If you look at the bottom of the screen, the reference date is the same as the refresh date – even though the report was run successfully daily for several weeks (i.e. she created and first ran the report on 1 May, the refresh date is the same even though it’s run every day since).
I’ve looked at the documentation, but am not finding much. Is this a security issue or a configuration issue?
Looking for some input. This is the first time we’ve had a WEBI developer use data tracking.
