Web I in Dash board

Hello Every one.

I am using the Business Objects 4.1 . I want to open the Web intelligence report In the Business Objects Dashboard 4.1. how should I achieve this.

I the Web I report I has the combination of 2 systems and report variable are created and using those variable , cross table has been created. Now I want this web I report to be open in the Dash board so I can make some graphs based on the variables.

You can make charts in Webi.

You can make dashboards in Design Studio

Have a look at the tutorials on SAP’s SCN site if you have any doubts about how to do it.

I wouldnt use SAP Dashboards for anything at the moment - a combination of reasons, including Flash being a depreciated technology, SAPs roadmap being sketchy and it not being a very good tool in comparison to what else is in the market. I dont think Design Studio is there yet either, again, had a couple of customers look at it, but it didnt do the job they required of it.

My last 2 dashboard projects started off as SAP Dashboards projects but turned out 95% of the requirements could be met with Webi anyway in BI4.1 with it`s excellent chart engine, input controls etc.

I am using the Web I report to create the charts. I created the chart. with the input controls. but if I export the chart to pdf the input controls are not in the chart. I want the report as pdf and user can change the input control selection as data visualization. how can I achieve this in Web I.

PDF doesn’t support input controls; they are Webi functionality.

There is no dashboard or visualisation product on the face of the planet that will do that?!?
