I have been working on Business Objects ,But now i am keen to learn Webintelligence .Could any one please send me some help guide which shows how to use it .also abt using crystal reports. :D

Since you are a customer of Business objects, you should have access to business objects website. There are lot of PDF files for WEBI and Crystal reports. You should have online guides where you can find webi as well.
Also you can search in Forums for this topics. There are some down loads in forums for webi.
