WACS is running with Errors & getting error "The requested resource [/BOE/BI] is not available" on web portals

​I recently upgraded to BO 4.2 SP9 patch 8 and on both web portals ( BI launchPad and CMC ) i am getting the attached errors. I looked at CCM and it shows the WACS is running with Errors
