Viewing Shortcuts

I just installed LiveOffice and noticed that I am unable to view shortcuts in the “Live Office Insert Wizard” box. Is there something that I can do so that these will be displayed or is it impossible to pull data from shortcuts into Excel, Word, etc. using Live Office?

I have the same problem.

Is this a bug in the product, or is it “by design”??

We are running XI3.1 SP5.
