Trouble regarding the appearance in reports when it is created in Business Objects and you want to view them in WebI. In Options (In WebI) under Applets & Technology options it is possible to choose Optimized for my browser or Enhanced document format. If either one is chosen then all Fonts appearance is off (to big for the columns.) If you
choose Standard HTML then all appearance is normal except when Prompt is used in the report. Then a lot of empty space appear before the report itself. (You will have to scroll down for a long time to see any information
in the report).
On the WebI server, you need to install the printer driver that you have on the generating PC (ie where you created the report in c/s) . Try this and see if it improves.

We had the same problem yesterday - we’re running BO 5.02 and WI 2.5.2 on NT 4.0 and I changed the Font Size in the Desktop Properties->Settings from Large Fonts to Small Fonts on the server and that fixed the problem in the user’s browser view (eventhough she didn’t have Small Fonts set on her machine!). I didn’t think about the printer driver though…
