We just migrated to XI 3.1 SP4 from XI R2. Occasionally it takes very long time to open a webi report, and very often it does not open at all.
When I restart both servers (we have two VM Win2003 servers) everything goes back to normal. Restarting SIA does not help.
I also noticed that when things are OK, it takes about 2 min to open and close Webi Processing Server in CMC. When the report retrieval issue is happening - I can not open this Webi Processing server at all.
Other servers can be opened just fine.
Both servers have 20 GB of memory each and Memory Maximum Threshold is set to 2000.
Does anyone have any ideas?
