    How to find Version and Service Pack of BO once installed?

Run the Software Inventory client tool on a server where client tools were installed. It gives complete history of all installations along with version numbers.

Thanks for your reply, i am not clear with my question… sorry for that…

Actually i want to display Producat name with SP and MFP and FP in the report... How to achive this.

You can’t do it dynamically that I know of. The easiest way will be to create an object in the universe where you hard code those details - after all FPs are only released once a month if that, so its not like you are going to be changing it often.
