I am a newbie to this site, so please bear with me 
I am trying to create a variable to return multiple notes from a single date per client. For simplicity:
Client 1
Date | Note ID | Note Type
10-JUN-20 | 100 | Email
Client 2
Date | Note ID | Note Type
12-JUN-20 | 101 | Office Visit
12-JUN-20 | 102 | Telephone Call
Client 1 data comes back ok, but Client 2 returns MULTIVALUES for the Note Type. I’ve tried Max and Match but having no success.
Any guidance or advice greatly appreciated.
