variable error

hai guys,

        I am using R3. :?:  Here i have problem of creating variable.i want create an a measure object in the deski.i  checked the measure object option and then given the variable name but with in two seconds variable type is changing to detail .

        Can some one tell me why it has happening .

This has been a problem all along. Deski decides what the qualification should be, based on the formula that is entered. :roll_eyes: And once it decides, you can’t change it. :cuss: I’ve had a few times when I was able to force it by selecting the qualification before building the formula, but more often, it just makes up it’s own mind for me.

If you have the option, use Web Intelligence Rich Client. It doesn’t do that. :+1:
