Sorry for pesturing you again with the same topic. But I couldn’t find the answer anywhere. And I am not sure if anyone has ever related the error in this manner.
The technology we are using is -
BO6.5.1
Oracle 9i repository
Windows XP
Starting from scratch, just to cover all points -
When I joined, I used a new laptop of User A, she got that day before ;). I installed the BO Full client version for all users on that and it was working all fine. When user A started using the same BO, it was all fine. Yesterday User B complaint her BO full client coming across the error - USR0057

User B added that he is unable to login from any machine.
We tried User B’s BO login on User A’s laptop, it threw the above error for User B’s BO login and for mine too, while User A could login without any issues.
We logged off the User A from the machine, open the machine using my login as the BO was installed from my login and tried login for all three users, which was success.
We returned back to the windows login of User A and now BO of User A could not let any login but pops up with the above error.
BO is not corrupt, Oracle is not corrupt, Registry is not corrupt as all logins are still working using my windows login.
User A and I, we both have Administrator rights on User A’s laptop. It should behave same for both the users.
Does anyone have any idea, Why are we coming across this error?
