Using Xcelsius as Web Form...is it possible?

Thank you always for your help and sorry if this question is answered before.

I want to use Xcelsius to create a web form.
It is possible…?

As in the attached image,
I use input text and refresh button to create a form.

I saw ‘enable send’ option for xml data in Data Connection Manager.
I assume that this is to overwrite the xml file…?
