Using the 'Discussion' feature of Infoview

I want to use the ‘Discussions’ feature under Infoview when opening a report, i.e., the dialog box at the bottom of the page.

Can I write my message and send to the email addresses of the members within the BO group defined? Can I send the message to members not in the group? If so, how?

Hi

Welcome to B :mrgreen: B.

The discussion feature is used by the users logged in the BO Application at the same time. You can click on the web intelligence document and start the discussion be posting message on that. Once the other user click on the same web intelligence document they will be able to read your post and can reply to that.

This is same as you chatting to someone in e particular chat room.

See the attched picture as to how it looks

And no you cannot send emails using this feature to an user or a group or to someone extrenal sorry !!! :roll_eyes:
