Using relative date objects in universe

I am trying to create relative date objects as shown in this post:

When I put the formula as part of the select, it says invalid table name. How would I be able to use these objects as part of the report? How can I say that this object should go to DUAL table?

Just leave it be. It will not parse in universe Designer (and that is OKAY), but whenever used with another “normal” universe object to create a report it will work. Try it.
