Using Control M , Maestro scheduling tool over BOexplorer

Hi,

We use SAP R/3 system and BW is our warehouse. Dataservices is our ETL tool. We are finding difficulty doing manual work while scheduling jobs using data services scheduler. So with a SAP R/3 source, BW warehouse and BO reporting ( BOE is used for scheduling in BO)
environment is it better to use control M or Maestro scheduling tool to schedule depenedent jobs ?
Could someone compare the pros and cons for the same since we need to do a presentation to our customer. Please also mention about the cost and advantages. :roll_eyes:

I’m curious to know what you mean by this statement? Scheduling jobs is performed in the Data Services Administration console. What kind of manual work are you trying to do at the same time as scheduling?
