Users can view how many reports

Hi,
we are giving access rights to users to view only perticular reports. may i know to how many reports , i can give access to one user? is there any limitation… like one user should have access to only 30 reports etc…

I was told on training courses to never give access to users - put your users into groups and assign rights at that level instead. It makes it much easier to administer, especially if you group your reports into folders as well.

No restriction on user to view the no of reports. It is depend upon the access rights only.

Is there really a requirement to limit some users to viewing 30 reports. Maybe you are asking about report instances?

Please, how urgent can such a requirement really be, not like your CMS isn’t running is it?
