User Security Validation on Folders post Migration

Hello All,

Please let me know if there is any way to compare the User Security / Top Level security on Folders post BOBI Migration from 4.2 to 4.3. We are doing them manually currently.

Have you looked at the BI Platform Support Tool? I know it has some Authentication analysis but that may just be how the Authentication is configured not how it is applied within the system.

  • A SAP login is required to download this tool.

Yes, I have looked into it and it is more of Support Analysis tool providing alerts, issues and Landscape analysis. It may help to provide authentication errors within the systems but I have not explored much to use it as a User Security comparison tool between 2 BOBI systems.
