When working with a user this morning she told me that if she logs out of WebIntelligence (correctly - using the logout option) and then clicks on the blue login button (without closing her browser) she is not prompted for her password.
Is this related to a browser setting?

Sorry to bump this up after so long but has anyone got a solution to this problem?
If I close the browser down then the login prompt box reappears when I go to the web page.
This is a backup system I’m setting up and my initial reaction was that the problem was related to a browser issue. However, I can log onto the production system from the same PC and the problem doesn’t happen.

My system is WebI 2.75, Apache 1.3.19 web server, Windows Server 2000 and BO 5.19. My browser is IE 6.02.

I think the problem is sorted now.
I stopped the cluster node and then the cluster manager from the system administrator app and then restarted the manager and then the node.
Now the login screen appears everytime I login regardless of whether the browser is left on screen or closed completely.
