User is missing from CMC but able to access INFOVIEW

Hi all,

this weired but, the user is not showing up on the CMC user list or in any of the groups. this user account disappeared when my manager “removed the everyone” and “admin” access to the user.

Now, the problem is that user exist some where, Because he able to access his infoview with out any issues.

is there a way to find where this user account is located so that i can modify his rights?

Hi,

please fire a query using Query builder on top of System DB.

Please check the URL what user accessing is this same environment what your checking… :stuck_out_tongue:
