User gets black screen with red "X" button

When user tries to create a report on Web Intelligence, he gets blank screen with red “X” button on top left corner.

I know it’s Active X issue but how do I bring it back so he can install?

Install the MS-VM or J2EE plu-in, make sure that he has admin rights to install it. Btw, All J2EE’s are compatible with WebI 2.x. Check the correct one for your version.
