Is there a way to track user access in the Business Objects 5.0 repository? I’d like to be able to see the last time each user logged in.

I tried to get that information once as well and found that it is nearly impossible. The only time that it documents a logon is the first time the user opens that particular universe or if changes are made to the universe and it is re-exported. Don’t take my word as the final answer but I know it isn’t (as far as I know) possible in the full client version. I do know that it is possible when using WebI.
Hope this helps

This has been discussed in the past and should be in the archives. The other option is to look into what your database can do for you. We use Sybase System 11 and it can track how many times a users has logged in to Sybase (our users have there own individual login). We also have a product called DBArtisan and I think it also tracks how many times you have looked into the database.
