I am searching for topics/articles that pertain to automation of user access removal.
The list of users to be removed are sent in an excel and they are checked for in CMC, the reports in their personal folders moved to a common folder and then the user deleted.
However, there are a couple of scenarios that need to be considered.
The BO user id is created as a combination of the first name and last name but
- there can be numbers appended
- the user can have multiple user ids
- the user id can be created using first name and middle name
System: BO XI 4.0
Authentication: Enterprise
Would be grateful if someone could provide pointers , at least how to approach this
