Use Excel and Universe as a data source for 1 Webi report

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a Webi report which uses Excel as well as a BO Universe as its data source.

The requirement is to filter a large data set based on data in an excel sheet.e.g.
i have 2000 phone numbers in an excel sheet, i wanted to see the account information for these phone numbers which was all available in Account Universe. Could I use the Universe objects to retreive the account information and use the data from the Excel as a join condition to filter on the 2000 required numbers ?

Hi Have you tried using Rich client to use Excel as a data source?
