URL Issue

Hi,

I have a trend icon in my dashboard and on top of this, I have placed the URL button. URL is being called from cell which has Opendoc() parameter.

If the user clicks the trend icon, they actually click the URL button(since I placed it on top of Trend icon) which would call Opendoc() function. Sometimes what’s happening is that the URL button is not being called. There was no effect when I click the Trend Icon (it was supposed to call Opendoc()) but nothing is happening.

I do have “Live Office refresh” button (a separate button available on the dashboard) which actually refreshes all the connections. After clicking this button, if I click the trend icon, then it calls the OpenDoc(). This is somewhat strange and not sure why this is not working before and working after clicking “Live Office Refresh” button.

One more finding on this issue:

The URL button working when I remove the dynamic visibility. Anyone who faced this issue earlier?

Hi selvaips,

URL button is triggered when we set Dynamic Visibility…
it is better to set Transparency 100%
