URL for Crystal Reports XI

Hi All,

I am new Crystal Reports and have a question regarding XI (R1)version. We have a Citrix Environment through which we access CMC and Infoview. These are available as internet icons on the Citrix with the URLs as follows:

CMC Icon : http://server/businessobjects/enterprise11/admin/en/admin.cwr

Infoview Icon:
http://server/businessobjects/enterprise11/desktoplaunch/Info View/logon.do

Now in order to add a “Crystal Reports XI” internet icon on the Citrix, what is the URL that I am supposed to be using?

Any help in this regard is highly appreciable.

Thanks for the reply. But I am sorry I am not looking for the help URL of crystal XI. May be I should say, I need the location of crystal XI in BO environment. I guess it should be something in the lines:

Technically speaking, Crystal Reports XI is a client tool used to design Crystal Reports, so there will be no URL by definition. Once those reports are exported to Enterprise, they can be refreshed through InfoView, but there is no separate URL for Crystal specifically.
