A quick questions
I have created a universe in our secured environment, I need to send a copy of the universe to a colleague who is not connected to a Business Objects repository which means she can’t open the universe.
Is there any way I can create another connection so she can view the universe, as she does not have access to a BO repository and no means of creating a repository.
Quick response will be appreciated.

Have your collegue create a personal connection and use that connection with the universe. Ensure that you save the universe for all to access, lest she gets the message “You are not authorized to use the universe”. Good luck.
