We have around 100 Scheduled report running in BOXIR2 through infoview. Since last few weeks, these reports are not running properly. Mainly the Deski reports…
We have the following issues with our BOXIR2 scheduler:–
1-- Sometime status of the report in infoview is showing as ‘Success’ but not sending the report link via mail, as it normally does.
2-- Sometime status of the report in infoview is showing as ‘Success’ but not creating the excel file (Report) in the destination folder. But, sending the report link via mail.
3-- tatus of the report in infoview is showing as 'Success’but, blank report with no data is coming out…
4-- Schedule reports are in pending status.
5-- Recurring instances are not triggering on time.
We are facing these issues mostly for Deski reports which uses macro (visual basic code). When we run the report manually it runs fine but, not always.
Even after rebooting the server, it’s not running…
We have also ensured that, there is no issue with the disc space in our production box!!

We have started losing our confidence on BO tool(quite understandably)…
Any small help on these issues would be highly appreciated, as we have around 100 reports running everyday and it’s very difficult to run those manually…
