upgrade server in 6.5 SP2

Tomorrow, I upgrade my server in 6.5 SP2.

Need I to do a procedure different than for a client ?

We did it the easy way - immediately after putting on 6.5.1, so only 1 config - but it’s the same as upgrading the client except you have to run the config tool again afterwards. I think it reminds you about this during the install.

BCA Console didn’t work properly after we put SP2 on - didn’t show all jobs, and the dates didn’t display properly - so I hope you have better luck with it than we did.

I had a problem with webi reports. was getting an error WIJ 20002 or wij 44444. I solved this problem by downloading a JRE 1.4.2_09 from java website. 6.5sp2 gives u 1.4.2_03 when u try to open query panel. I dont think this version works well.

When installing the service pack. I noticed not all the patches went thru first time …for me at least. A second run took care of that.
