We are planning to upgrade from BO 4.1.6 to BO 5.0.2 very soon. I have seen number of emails in this forum indicating different problems people faced during and after upgrade (e.g. crosstab losing its data/format etc). I would love if people who did upgrade recently share their experience with me - any special precautions,tips etc so that we can try to avoid those pitfalls. Thanks

One small thing for users in 5.0.2 is that if you switch to the structure view while you have the map tab of the report manager showing, the map then shows the structure as it should - but if you then switch back out of structure view, the map tab does not revert to showing the data map - it remains showing the structure unless you restart BusinessObjects.
