Does anybody have experience with upgrading from 4.2 to 4.3 ? We use universe designer, BI Launchpad and web Intelligence Rich client.
Is the upgrade easy ?
Is working with 4.3 very different to working with 4.2 ?

Nobody upgraded to 4.3 yet ?
We haven’t upgraded yet but are planning to next year.
The biggest change for us will be the change from the BI Launchpad to the Fiori style launchpad. We aren’t using the Fiori style launch pad yet mainly because we didn’t have the RESTful web service hosted on Tomcat until we upgraded to BI4.1sp8. I am working to make sure it is configured and running correctly so we can direct our users to start using it before we upgrade.
Other than the deprecation of the Java applet for Web Intelligence reporting which you don’t mention using, I don’t know of any other major impact.
