Good day BO Gurus,
My client wants to upgrade all their Crystal Reports 2013 to Business Objects Edge Edition.
Now this is my question: is this possible to do just a normal migration from Crystal 2013 to Business Objects Edge Edition or this assignment will required a new implementation like rebuilding these new reports on the Business Objects Edge Edition platform?

Is it Crystal Server 2013?
Crystal Server and SAP BI Edge (or enterprise etc) are essentially the same product limited by the license key.
You shouldn`t have any issue migrating that.
If you mean Crystal Reports 2013, we Crystal Reports is a designer tool and SAP BI Edge is an enterprise service infrastructure (but has the options of using Crystal Reports as one of the content creation tools). If you are on Crystal Reports 2013, your migration path is install SAP BI Edge, then install the version of Crystal Reports Designer that matches the version of SAP BI Edge. Then you should be able to open the RPT files, and publish them to SAP BI Edge.
You shouldn`t need to rebuild anything.
