Update to Salesforce through Simba Adapter

I am trying to update about 500K records from Netezza onto Salesforce.
I am breaking the load into batches of 5000.
I get the following error and it is inconsistent, I am not able to point where it breaks.

Has anybody encountered this before?

Please check if you are passing null values for columns with not null constraint.
