update QAAWS URL in Crystal Reports

Hello,
I have a crystal reports that is fed by a QAAWS connection. I updated the QAAWS and added about 10 objects to the query but when I update my crystal report the additional fields aren’t there.

What am I suppose to do? I don’t want to create a new web service connection every time I add/remove objects.

Thanks

Have you tried going to the Database menu and selecting “Verify Database”. If that doesn’t solve the problem for you, Go to the Database menu and select “Set Location”. You’ll create a new connection to the same QAAWS query, which should read the updated WSDL to get the new fields.

We tried that. That doesn’t work. Nothing is working

Hi,

As long as I know,

If you are adding/removing any of the objects in the QaaWS query panel, then QaaWS URL must be refreshed(Publish).

It will create a new QaaWS.

Hello,
By adding and removing objects it updates the QAAWS and you have to republish it out. The QAAWS URL doesn’t change.

When I am using that QAAWS in my Crystal report the new or removed objects do not get refreshed.
I need to know how I can re import the updated URL into Crystal. I don’t want to make s new connection every time.
