My requirement is to update data in SAP from BODS 4.2. I have only loaded the data using BODS 4.2. But not sure how to update the data. Is there any way to do this?. Can we use BAPIs to get this done?.

Direct updating SAP R/3 tables is not possible.
You may use
- BAPI’s
- SAP Published WebServices
- IDOC?!
- File Transfer
