Unknown internal error

Hello,

A client phoned me about a problem when he wants to connect to webintelligence. On the link http://servername/wiasp/ he enters the login and password, and after few seconds, the page stands still with this simple message :

Unknown internal error, written in red.

I tried to connect with our account, same problem. I tried an extraction for the client on our DeskI application, and it worked. But nobody can access the infowiew page.

Nevertheless, I found a log which contains many errors and exceptions :

and it goes on with many other processes. what should I do ?

Hi,

Just a simple idea - have you tried rebooting the server? Sometimes problems of this kind are “fixed” after the restart.
