Hi All,
We currently operate XI R2 on an AIX platform. I have noticed that we are reaching critical levels on our disk space. As I am not a Unix guru, I wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of which Business Object directories I should be looking to do some ‘housekeeping’ on.

Since BO reports and universes and now stored on the server this could be one of the problem but it should be intsances… Everything is stored on the FRS input and output …
If you are using scheduling did you setup instances limits?
We have a high number of users creating their own reports and saving to their personal folders so could this be the issue? I don’t beleive that there is a sizing limit on the instances…is that something that can be set up in the CMC?

Querying the CMS (using the query builder for example) you can track users who store huge document without purging them …
Yep within the CMC you can setup those limits (properties of the folders)
